Meet the Leaders

Senior Minds. Good Humans. Serious Craft.

People you trust when the decision matters.

OUR STORY

Sean and Tracy met working at an agency, partnering on big ideas, tight timelines, and the kind of creative culture that you never want to leave. It didn't take long to realize the chemistry wasn't just in the work.

We’ve spent years in the rooms where decisions actually matter. Real money. Real risk. Real consequences. Launches. Rebrands. Campaigns that had to work, not just look good in a deck.

Over time, we kept getting pulled into the same moments: when things got serious. When the stakes were higher. When the easy answers ran out. We’ve worked with Fortune 100 brands, helped shape companies on their way to exit, made the calls and lived with them.

And somewhere along the way, we got married. Which, depending on the day, is either the smartest decision we’ve made or the bravest. Because working with your spouse all day, every day? You find out pretty quickly if it works.

For us, it does.

So we built Brave & Co.—a way to bring senior strategy and creative leadership directly to the moments that matter, without the friction that slows most agencies down. We’ve been part of enough launches, rebrands, and campaigns to know what works, and we still get excited every time we do it. Some things don’t wear off.

Brave & Co, it started with chemistry. It held up under pressure. And, so do we.
Let's create more brave brands and campaigns together.

I’ve launched more brands than may be legal. I've stayed for the hard parts and scaled them. I've also helped the right ones grow up and cash out. Someone once called me, “A strategic weapon you’ll actually want to have a drink with.” I took that as a compliment.

I have been called a creative brain with strategic spine. I believe details make perfection but perfection is not a detail. (I stole that from Da Vinci). I build ideas that punch above their weight. Clear thinking, strong point of view, and just enough restraint to keep it from getting weird. Unless weird is the strategy. Then we go all in.

LET'S DO THIS!
